Commercial

Get paid to fly! THIS COURSE IS BUILT AROUND THE INSTRUMENT, CFI and CFII  PILOT COURSE'S.

Getting paid to fly may be your dream, with a commercial license your dream could become a reality.  During this stage you will become prepared for the practical demands of professional flying and qualified to fly most of the commonly-used civilian airplanes.  Many advanced maneuvers are introduced and all skills are sharpened.  Additional detail and depth regarding a pilot’s ground knowledge will also be taken to the next level.

The major expense on this course is the solo time to bring the pilot's hours up to 250 hours total time. This can be accomplished in many ways but to show a price we have expressed it as solo in the Cessna. Feel free to contact Specialized Aviation for a consultation on the many options avalable to a pilot.

Specialized Aviation offers commercial airplane training over the Monterey Bay area. This region is perfect for commercial and IFR training in that it offers ease of departure from our uncontrolled airport unlike San Jose, Reid Hillview, Oakland, San Francisco, San Carlos, Palo Alto, Hayward, Concord, Livermore and Napa airports.

Our Mooney MSE is the perfect commercial training airplane due to its low operating costs, retractable gear and familiar flight characteristics. The new commercial student is also going to have not only a great aircraft and training environment but also a top quality facility to learn from. Specialized Aviation offers a comfortable study oriented facility with most of our instructors coming from the airline industry and commercial back grounds.
